It's made like an ad banner, pole on top for rope to hang, metal rod on bottom to keep the banner straight:
Update: On 10-17, the USF College Democrats will be using the banner as part of an event during Homecoming, entitled "Take a photo with Creepy McCain." Boo Yah!

hahahahahaha. holy shit mike. you dont what i dont like about you mike, your ability to be more creative than the rest of us. that looks amazing. my meeting with wally was rather quick. those 15 mins were in and out. he liked what i was doing/going to do. he had no qualms about games & art combo. but goddamn, i need to start thinkin outside my box, cause youre stuff is really fuckin good.
